TOURNAMENT SIGN-UP PROCEDURES

 

SIGN-UP

 

Beginning on the day of the current tournament, you may sign up for the next tournament.  You must pay the tournament fee – $15 for all but a select few tourneys – at the time you sign up.  Should you have to cancel or miss your tee time for any reason, you forfeit the tournament fee so make sure your schedule is clear … as it should be for golf.

Sign-ups are taken several ways:

 

·       At the club’s check-in desk on tournament day.  Payment may be made with cash, check or money order.

·       Online via the club’s website, www.tempemensclub.com.  Click the “Pay for Tournament” button.  The next screen shows you which tournament is currently available to buy online.  We use PayPal and charge a one dollar service fee just to cover the club’s costs.  The sign-up cutoff date is midnight on the Tuesday night prior to the tournament.

·       And finally, just show up on tournament day and get on the club’s waiting list in the Pro Shop.  It’s first come, first served so show up early.  No phone calls allowed to the Pro Shop.  You got to be there in person.

 

Tee times are posted on the club website, usually by Thursday evening before the tournament.

 

PREFERENCE SHEETS

 

1.    Requesting a certain tee time. We try to accommodate your request within an hour of your desired time.

2.    Requesting to play with a player or group. We will pair you with your choice of player(s) when possible unless that person already has requested to play with another foursome or that player has not paid an entry fee.

3.    A member MAY NOT place their name on the preference sheet without paying the entry fee. He will not be given a tee time unless he has paid.
